Amoda Events is a boutique event design, décor installation, and rental studio based in beautiful city of Elk Grove in California. We serve clients in Elk Grove, neighboring cities and throughout Northern California. "Amoda" means happiness, and that's exactly what we set out to spread through every celebration we design. We specialize in weddings, milestone celebrations, and corporate events, transforming ideas into immersive experiences through custom curated backdrops, statement welcome signs, ceiling installations, centerpieces, and thoughtfully designed tablescapes. Every detail is designed with intention, layered artistry, and a commitment to delivering a true "WOW" factor, the kind of moment people are still talking about long after the last light is turned off. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all décor. No two events are ever the same, because no two stories are. Your celebration should feel like you, your choices, your dreams, your heart, made visible in a room, down to the smallest detail.

Meet our founder
Hi there, I am Anu( Anuradha), the face and creative soul behind Amoda Events. Creativity has always been more than a hobby for me! Growing up, art was my sanctuary.
I won many awards in fine art, but never imagined turning that passion into a career. With a background spanning hotel management, airline cabin crew, and healthcare analytics at a specialty hospital, my career is built uniquely versatile blend of precision, hospitality, and care. From flight services to medical records, my path wandered. But a true calling always waits, quietly finding its way back to you! That calling became Amoda Events.
I custom-craft every detail because a great celebration isn't about the flowers or lighting, it's about how the room makes you feel. That warmth can’t be bought off a shelf; it must be designed with intention. In Sanskrit, Amoda means happiness, and that is precisely what I create for every occasion.
Creativity has always been more than a hobby for me. It's how I see the world, and it's the lens through which I curate everything at Amoda. Outside of event styling, you'll find me behind a my Nikon DSLR taking macro shots, sketching, painting, calligraphy, sewing, pour art, baking, gardening, or losing hours to some new hands-on craft that I picked up on a whim. I have never been the type to accept "that doesn't exist" as an answer to a design problem! I believe that if something doesn't exist, it simply hasn't been created yet, and that belief is woven into every single design she builds for a client. When you tell her your vision, even the part of it you can't quite put into words, she doesn't hear an obstacle. She hears a starting point.
